We are immensely proud of the eight girls who joined our special Boxing Session with Antonio Larosa (www.larosaworkouts.com) on the 24.11.2018. They started with a warm-up and then went through all the possible punches before getting their body and brain working on combinations in pairs of two. Before streching, they got their pulses up one final time by engaging in a tabata workout. One could definitely see that they had a lot of fun while working out, and who knows - maybe we have started the career of a new boxing star :) Great job ladies!!
After the workout, everyone was extremely hungry so we opened the buffet and everyone grabbed a bite, while we listened to Ursula Rauch (https://nutrition-az.com/) who told us more about one should eat while following a training routine. Her tipps and tricks should definitely help us to get closer to reaching our goals and having more energy.
