Let's join together for a 90 minutes Vinyasa Yoga Session with Yoga Nora at Birdhaus, followed by a Vegan Brunch!
By practicing yoga we learn to live more mindfully and give the body and soul what it needs. Yoga doesn't only have physical benefits such as helping increace flexibility, strength and balance, but it also helps to reduce stress and increases relaxation. Moreover, it adds on to a better sleep. These are only a few of the benefits of yoga!
Come join us for a yoga session, followed by a nice brunch with good company and nice talks with our HealthyHER Community Members.
