About the Event
Whether you’re an outdoor cyclist or new to indoor cycling, crave a mental escape from your day or love a good dance party, Velocity has the perfect class for you. This class takes only 50 minutes, burns hundreds of calories, and aims to strengthen and tone the entire body.
Come join us to an unique kind of cycling session followed by a social healthy lunch at Velocity Zurich, and connect with other women from Zurich.
Information on Gear and Shoes:
It is recommended wearing workout gear that is comfortable. Form fitting shorts or pants will ensure nothing gets caught in the bike. All bikes require SPD clip-in shoes, so feel free to bring your own SPD compatible shoes, or Velocity offer shoes at their studio for free. Wearing clipped in shoes better engages leg muscles and leads to a more powerful and smoother pedal stroke.
