Ladies! Are you looking for a class to come kick some tail and get an amazing workout done? Sweat off that unwanted fat, and do it all in a non-intimidating, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere with the rest of your boxing sisters out there? Then you’ve GOT to come try out BOXING by our trainer Antonio Larosa! Antonio will encourage, motivate, and push you to reach NEW limits for yourself, and you’ll be leaving drenched in sweat and empowered like you’ve never been before!
To top it off, Ursula Rausch, certified dietitian at Nutrition A-Z will talk about EATRAIN: The Boxer’s Edition.
Boxing is such an amazing workout! It’s incredibly meditative and powerful. It’s not all about the punches, it’s about the focus, the drive, the agility and empowerment! If you’re stressed, it’s an amazing hour to take your mind and heart somewhere else, because all of your focus is right there in your hands.
